Credit, Return & Sample Policies
Credit Policy
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, EFT Payment and cheque. If you use a credit card, we will authorized the card when the order is placed. The credit card authorization will include shipping and applicable taxes. If paying by EFT, there may be a 1-2 business day delay (up to 10 days if paying by cheque) to process your payment as funds must be cleared before orders are released.
To apply for credit terms, please complete the credit application and email the signed application to [email protected]. Our Finance department will get back to you within 2 business days. If you have questions, you can email us at [email protected]
All invoices are due in 15 days. All prices listed in CDN Dollars.

Hassle-Free Return Policy
We appreciate your business and will handle your return immediately. Please call us at 1.888.283.7939 or email [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that your return can be processed efficiently.
Our return policy is based on three categories of merchandise:
- Non-returnable: Customized or imprinted items and blank lanyards.
- Returnable within 15 days: All technology products including, printers, scanners, wireless technology, and accessories. These products cannot be returned if they have been used. A restocking fee will apply to all technology products that have not been used but have opened boxes: 30% of the current retail price.
- Returnable within 30 days: All other products.
Products in the 15-day and 30-day categories may be returned for full credit excluding shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes. Product must be returned 15 days (or 30 days) as per above, from the date of invoice.
Product Return Requirements
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be written on the outside of the box with the exception of all printers.
- Items must be returned in the same increments they were sold.
- Returned items must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside), and must including manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc.
- The returned item must be clean with no scratches or visible signs of use.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Credit for Your Return
pc/nametag Canada will credit your account within 10 business days upon receiving the return and verifying acceptable condition. We will refund your account using the original payment method.

Free Sample Policy
pc/nametag Canada is pleased to provide complimentary samples of our products to customers and prospective customers so that you may evaluate the quality of our products. We strive to maintain an open policy while keeping costs as low as possible. pc/nametag Canada reserves the right to question and/or decline sample requests and may require payment of shipping costs in advance dependent on the samples requested. Samples ship the following business day via Standard Mail.
Please note, only one sample per product per order, and a total of no more than 5 samples per order.
